How the course reaches you

Immediately and online. There is nothing physical to ship and no shipping cost. The moment Stripe confirms the payment you land on a page with the link to your lessons, and the same link is sent to the email address you paid with.

Timeline

The confirmation page is instant. The email normally arrives within five minutes and always within one hour. If an hour goes by with nothing, write to us: the access already exists and we resend it by hand.

If the email does not arrive

Look in the spam folder first, then check the address you typed at checkout. The lessons page also opens straight from the link Stripe returned you to, and that link keeps working.

What you need

A browser and an internet connection, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Videos play in the page, printables download as PDF. Nothing to install and no app to buy.

How long the access lasts

There is no expiry date. Access is tied to your purchase, not to a subscription, and it survives you changing device or browser as long as you keep the link from your email.

Recordings still in production

The written programme and the printable material are complete. The video recordings are being produced module by module and each lesson page says so plainly until its video is up. The price you pay covers every recording of the plan you bought, including the ones published after your purchase. If that is not what you want, the thirty day guarantee covers exactly this situation.
