Our 30 day guarantee

Thirty days from the purchase, full refund, no questions, even if you watched every lesson and downloaded every file. Write to suporte@caniedu.com from the address you bought with, or use the contact page. We do not ask for proof and we do not ask you to delete anything.

This guarantee is given voluntarily and is wider than any of the legal rights below. Where they overlap, whichever is more favourable to you is the one that applies.

The seven days of Brazilian law

Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code gives seven days from the contract to withdraw from a purchase made outside a shop, with the money returned in full and immediately. Being a Brazilian seller, we honour that right for every buyer, wherever they live, and our thirty days simply start from the same day and last longer.

The fourteen days of European law

Consumers in the European Union have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, that legal right ends once delivery starts, and only if the buyer asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right. That is what the sentence next to the pay button says, and it is the only thing it does. Even after that, our thirty day guarantee still applies.

How the money comes back

To the same card or method used to pay, through Stripe. We start the refund on the day we read your message; the bank usually takes between two and ten working days after that. You never pay a fee to be refunded.

Chargebacks

Ask us first. A refund takes minutes; a chargeback takes months and gives you the same money. If you open one anyway we do not fight it, we just answer Stripe with the record of your purchase.

Upgrades

If you bought a plan and later moved up, refunding the upgrade returns the difference and leaves the first plan open.

What we cannot refund

Nothing, inside thirty days. After thirty days, a refund is at our discretion, except where the law gives you a right for a defect: if the course does not work as described, you are entitled to have it fixed, replaced or refunded regardless of any deadline in this page.
